Accessible only by helicopter, the Upper Ripia block features regenerating open country with low bush, making it an attractive option for hunters who like the challenge of shooting long distance.


Bordering the Ripia River, this block is attractive to both hunters and fisherman alike.

Lower Ripia

312.4 hectares


The Lower Ripia block consists of predominately wide-open beech forest with pockets of natural clearings and is sits above the Ripia River.


Accessible only by helicopter it’s ideal for long-range shooting.  The block is alive with mostly Sika Deer, though Red Deer have also been spotted.
